🐾 In-Store Policies

Our physical store at 2701 W Main Street, Suite 2, Dothan, AL 36301 offers a range of pet products. Our shop is a happy place for pets and their people! While you’re here, please:

• Keep pups leashed and kitties secure (safety first!).
• Supervise your furball—no unsupervised snack raids, no matter how cute they are.
• Follow any posted rules (we promise they’re not as boring as the vet’s waiting room).

🖥 Online Shop Rules

For local pet parents only! Our online store serves customers within a 60-mile radius of our physical location. Why? Because fresh-baked goodies and timely deliveries are our jam. We do not offer shipping services.

Delivery & Pickup:

• Local love only: Orders must be picked up or delivered within our 60-mile zone.
• Order updates: We’ll bark (er, email/call) when your order’s ready! Pick it up on time, or opt for delivery.
• Stock happens: Items may sell out faster than a cat dodges bath time. Prices and availability can change.

Recurring Orders (aka "Treats on Repeat"):

• We’ll auto-charge your card for scheduled orders (like that monthly pupcake subscription).
• Need to cancel? Just give us a shout—no endless hold music, we promise.
