- Like New Condition: Items must be unused, with all tags/packaging intact (no chew marks, please!).
- Missing Bits? No original box? We may offer store credit instead—just ask!

- Unopened: Return within 30 days (no expired kibble, thanks!).
- Opened? Many brands offer guarantees—call us first at (334) 699-2072 so we can help!
📦 Online Orders
- Easy Peasy: Bring online returns to our store (2701 W. Main St, Suite 2).
- Stuck at Home? Ring us—we’ll find a solution!
🚫 Exceptions
- Custom-made items (like personalized collars) may be non-returnable.
- Final sale items will be marked clearly (so no surprises!).
